Teaching & Equipping
Don Crossland
Don’s ministry centers on restoration, prophetic teaching from Scripture, and helping believers grow in maturity and completeness in Christ.

Don Crossland ministers at Melchizedek Christian Church in Nashville, Tennessee, and serves the Body of Christ nationally and internationally through seminars and conferences.
Earlier in his ministry, he developed a national program for behavior addiction recovery and served as a consultant for Christian psychiatric hospitals and professional counselors. He authored Journey Toward Wholeness and Refocusing Your Passions, and has served as an instructor for the Christian Life School of Theology.
His prophetic teaching from Scripture emphasizes maturity and completeness in Christ, grounded in Colossians 1:27–29. He also mentors leaders in this process. Don’s vision is to see the Body of Christ restored, serving God in their calling, and living under the authority and leadership of Jesus Christ.

Josh Jordan
Josh encourages people to hear the Holy Spirit personally and follow His voice. His ministry has taken him throughout East Africa and much of Brazil.

Josh Jordan is a minister and missions coordinator for Melchizedek Christian Church. He has traveled throughout East Africa and much of Brazil preaching the Word, praying for the sick, providing for the poor, and ministering to children.
He studied mass communication at Trevecca Nazarene University and applies this background in his language studies and cultural interactions abroad. He encourages people to follow the Holy Spirit with all their heart and walk in unity with Him and one another.
Alongside ministry, Josh runs Brazilian Gold Coffee with his stepfather, Paul Van Hoesen, and writes screenplays.

Joshua Prior
Joshua explores the spiritual depth of Scripture, drawing connections between the Old and New Testaments and the teachings of the early church fathers.

Joshua Prior graduated from The International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute with a bachelor’s degree in culinary management.
In his study of Scripture, he is passionate about allegorical and spiritual teaching, including the writings of early church fathers, especially those discipled by Jesus’ twelve apostles. His teaching often brings together passages from both the Old and New Testaments.
Joshua has been ordained as a minister at Melchizedek Christian Church.

Daniel Prior
Daniel shares insights into the deeper truths of Scripture and serves in both teaching and worship at Melchizedek Christian Church.

Daniel Prior graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in plant and soil science.
His teaching explores the deeper truths found in both the Old and New Testaments, including the theme of “going beyond the veil.” He offers insights that help people grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
Daniel has been ordained as a minister at Melchizedek Christian Church and is an active member of the worship team, where he plays drums.

Helps Ministry
Eric & Brenda Flowers
Helps Ministry Coordinators · Melchizedek Christian Church
Eric and Brenda coordinate the Helps Ministry. Eric also serves as an elder and leads the church’s men’s group, offering his time, practical support, and financial wisdom.
The ministry’s early work included helping a Tennessee family whose home was destroyed by a tornado—assisting with cleanup, preparing the ground for a FEMA trailer, and offering friendship and spiritual encouragement.

Eric is married to Brenda Flowers. Their family includes two children and three grandchildren. His service combines hands-on help with wise counsel and care for the church community.
